Various meeting rooms available.

We offer flexible modern meeting and banquet facilities for groups of all sizes up to 300 attendees. From large, lavish corporate events to intimate dining parties, training sessions or conferences, to elegant receptions and weddings, our venues are versatile enough to make any occasion the perfect occasion!

Our Main Banquet facility includes a sound system, stage, built in bars and free Wi-Fi. It can be used as a full banquet room or broken down into several various sized rooms to meet your needs. We also offer two smaller meeting rooms perfect for groups of 25 or smaller. We provide several different options for catering in all of our venues including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and/or Hors d'oeuvres. Work with our experienced catering team to design a menu to perfectly complement your meeting or event.

All A/V equipment is inclusive with room rental with the exception of media projectors ($25.00+tax) and flip charts ($10.00+tax each).

  • THE BOARDROOM

    The Boardroom is a small meeting room suitable for interviews, small meetings, training sessions or gatherings with meals for 25 people or less. Banquet menu, or restaurant menu catering options is available. The room are equipped with a built in screen, free Wi-Fi and the use of a speaker phone if required.

    Choose from classroom style, theater style, or boardroom style for your set-up and whatever catering you may require and we will do all the set up and tear down. All A/V equipment is inclusive with room rental with the exception of media projectors ($25.00+tax) and flip charts ($10.00+tax each)

    3. All catering requires a 15% gratuity that will be added to your bill

    THE LARCH ROOM

    The Larch is a small room with a few more potential set-up options. Suitable for small conferences, meetings or training sessions for 25 attendees or less. The room can also be set-up for up to 50 attendees’ theater style. The room is equipped with a built in screen, free Wi-Fi and the use of a speaker phone if required.

    3. All catering requires a 15% gratuity that will be added to your bill

    THE MAIN BANQUET HALL

    The main hall can be divided into several different sized rooms depending on your needs. The rooms can be utilized for large or small meetings, banquet functions, conferences, weddings, trade shows or seminars. Our team can accommodate any kind of set up you may require. Room rental includes set up, tear down, linens, and center pieces (if required). Full all day catering and bar service is available, and no outside catering will be permitted. For your convenience we have a stage, sound system, screens, and podium available and is included with your room rental charge.

    2. A/V equipment such as media projectors, computer speakers, whiteboards, flip charts + markers and speaker phone are available
    3. Room rental $75.00 per day + GST per individual room used (6 rooms in total)
    4. All catering requires a 15% gratuity that will be added to your bill
    5. If requested, cash bars will be provided at no cost
    6. If music or other forms of entertainment are utilized SOCAN and Re-Sound fees will apply
    7. Any additional outside decorations and/or decorators are welcome, but not provided.
